Receptionist is RUDE:
I had a mouse in my home and needed to a bid for removal. I called these guys 2 months ago because they were the closest place i could find. I called and the Receptionist was incredibly RUDE and short with me! So rude in fact that I wouldn't do business w them if their services were Free. If their receptionist acts this way, how would I expect that they'd be any different when I let them in my home?! What sort of business has such an unprofessional person working their customer service line? Did not use their Services and would recommend that you not even waste your time calling them.
