The Customer is not the King Here!:
Terrible service and Liars in the Parts Department! My wife went in to trade a helmet that I bought her as a gift. She picked out one (Full-face) that would cost $180 compared to the $79.00 one I bought her. We also had picked out some snowmobile goggles. The first parts guy said he didn't think it would be a problem as we had the receipt and all tags were clearly on the unused helmet. Then his partner got off the phone and informed us they have a "strict" (ridiculous) 24 hr policy on helmets, but he would need to check with the manager.
When we got back to the counter with all of the stuff we were gonna buy we were informed the manager said no. Fine so we left our things on the counter and told them we'd be glad to take our business elsewhere. When I got to the car I called and asked for the manager, and was told that he was not in. I told them that was funny since I was told that he just made a big decision to discard my business. Then a little stuttering and stammering as the fellow said he must have j-j-j just stepped out!
They have lost my business forever
