Great Experience with New Owner:
I recently bought a new Axis from the team at Pro Marine. The entire process was smooth as can be. The new owner Thomas and the sales manager Jimmy went above and beyond to ensure that we were going to be happy with our purchase. Thomas, the new owner, is an avid wakeboarder often seen riding on Falls Lake and competing locally in INT NC, and from all contact we've had, very hands-on and customer service oriented. From contact, to on-lake demo, to handling the financial transaction and purchase paperwork, they did a great job. Answered all of our questions thoroughly. In addition, Pro Marine has a phenomenal wakeboard and wake surf pro shop. They have all major brands including Liquid Force, Ronix, Slingshot, Inland Surfer, Hyperlite and more. Great selection! I would highly recommend Pro Marine!! Stop by and talk to them about all of your wakeboard needs.

I spent $80k + service and additional Parts! STILL C@!P SERVICE:
My boat 2012 Malibu 23 LSV has been in the shop more than in the lake! Letft me stranded in the missle of the lake twice, engine light goes on after conituing to bring the boat 3 HOURS for service. NOW they are telling me I will not have a boat for weeks that they are waiting for indmar to send a new engine! i called David and I was told to contact a lwayer if I didn't like it! GUESS WHAT DAVID... I am going to do better, you wouldthink if I have $80k CASH to spend on a new boat I would have a few bucks to spend on an attorney. I am also an internet marketing specialist, well my team is! Keep an eye out for the reviews BRA! I'll make sure that everyone knows the bull c@!p I have been through with this shop and I will NEVER buy from you again! Try an pull territory c@!p on me! I have a house on Gaston which is open territory and I am filing complaints EVERYWHERE!

Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!:
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I have no ill-intent, but to post the facts of a $6000 purchase for 2 used Yamaha, Waverunners from ProMarina, Durham, NC. The jetskis were being sold on consignment, by ProMarina. 2 jetskis were purchased in July, 2011, and represented to us by ProMarina as being in "good working condition" and "perfect shape." We were ASSURED by ProMarina, that they would stand behind the sale of the jetskis. One of the jetskis would not start prior to the sale, but the unit was 'repaired' prior to the purchase of the unit(s) and we were ASSURED that the unit was again, "in good working condition" and "perfect shape." First time on the lake, one unit had no issues (and still operates great) and the other unit would not accelerte/deaccelarate properly. ProMarina was contacted and the jetski with the issue was " repaired" for a second time. Second time on the lake, one unit had no issues, and the other (same) unit worked slightly better for a short period of time, and then stopped in the middle of the lake and would not start. We had to tow the unit back to dock. ProMarina was contacted (via phone, voice-mails, messages left) regarding the operation of the jetski. I spoke briefly with David (owner) and I was assured that Jimmy (Sales) would call back. After 6 calls, I spoke with Jimmy. He expressed his remorse and said he would speak again with David regarding repair of the unit. Finally, after over a week, I spoke again with Jimmy, who expressed that David stated that "he had done all he could do," and that he would be glad to help us find someone to work on the nonworking jetski closer to where we live (in High Point). ProMarina DOES NOT stand behind their sale of product. They are not concerned the satisfaction of the customer. The owner (David) was very frustrated when I (an upset customer) approached him regarding repair of the jetskis. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE, REGARDLESS IF YOU'RE SPENDING $6,000 OR $60,000 TO DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS.
