Are you Kidding ME?:
They guys were so rude and UN-professional I still can't believe I didn't ask them to leave. I asked a question about the padding and having fewer seams. "Have you ever laid carpet? Your questions are bothering me and slowing me down, I want to get out of here before 5:00, there is traffic getting back to Centerville Turnpike on Friday". He continued and threaten to leave "adding if you want to do it, I'll leave right now". Just so rude.
As we all know, he'll lay the carpet and pad any way he wants and I'll have to live with it for years to come. If you can't communicate with customers on an in home installation why are they working residential?
They made me feel very uncomfortable and yes they were at my house for over 5 hours to install one room of carpet. I called the carpet store where I bought the carpet to complain. They apologized and I appreciate that but I was stuck with two very rude guys in my house for over 5 hours.
Don't make the same mistake go with a carpet store that install with their own employees
