The business is actually located in Los Angeles,(10401 santa monica blvd.) and is operating under 4 different names.The site "Promotion Exchange" is non working at this time. I hired them to do seo and a theme change on my website, paid them. They took the money, rewrote a little of my own content, put up a few photos and called it finished. No seo was found on the site. Now the site has disappeared, and reverts to their non functioning company website.
Now I find they say they are based in Brooklyn? Beware. They are in Los Angeles. Check them out.
