Poor Customer Service:
As a client I can say the service I received from Debi Baker was very unsatisfactory. She is our Listing agent on our home and this past week she has forwarded a text she received from another agent that wanted to show our home. We did not receive a phone number to contact him or a last name. When I replied to her text I received a auto response to call another person but the number I was given was out of service. So we lost a possible offer. The second problem was a another agent sent her a text saying they were on their way to our home for a showing but she never forwarded that Message to me until 15 minutes after they arrived. We were scrambling to leave while the client and her agent had to wait on our front porch while we removed our dogs from our home. It was so unprofessional to not notify us and it lacks integrity on her part. I spoke to her broker and I am awaiting a response. Shop around when seeking a listing agent for your home. See what the can and will do for you. Make sure they are a member of the Real Estate Board. We learned our lesson the hard way now we have to wait until our contact ends to find a agent that is interested in selling our home.
