I have never written a review on a business but if I can help 1 person NOT choose this service then I feel that I have done a good deed. My husband & I needed a ride to & from Newark Airport for our vacation. I googled limo services in my area and found a business called "Matawan Taxi Airport Limo Service,129 Main St,Matawan, NJ 07747,(732) 649-1787, aontlimo.com". I figured it was close since I live in Matawan so I booked a town car to & from the airport giving them all of our flight information. I just have to say that since then, I clicked on the website associated with their add and it brought me to "America On Time Limousine, Phone:1-973-808-8822, email:[email protected]". BUT my invoice/receipt (which I had to beg for) said "New Diamond Taxi & Limo Car Service, NJ Tel: (973) 920-2500, Email: [email protected]". God knows how many other names this business may go under. Maybe they keep changing their name so the bad reviews can't catch up with them. So..........I called to confirm the day before and the person who answered the phone seemed annoyed. We were picked up at 4:15am (on time) during the week of the heat wave. The car did not have a/c on and the driver kept wiping the windshield with a towel and drove all the way there with the windows open with the hot humid air blowing on us. He was swerving in and out of lanes on the NJ turnpike with no other cars on the road and kept hitting his brakes for no reason. We couldn't wait to get out of the car. The driver said we had to pay cash (even though we gave a credit card over the phone). The trip which included a 20% gratuity was $75 and the driver could not break a hundred. I gave him $80 and he offered no change. Now time to come home. Again I called the day before my return trip to confirm and again had attitude from the person answering the phone who assured me we were scheduled to be picked up. Well...we got to the airport and no car service. After 15 minutes I called and after they put me on hold for 10 minutes they said the driver was 7 minutes away and they would call me. Still no driver so I called again and told them we would go out to the curb and wait so they didn't even have to park. After 50+ minutes of waiting the driver finally showed up dressed in old worn jeans (not very professional). The car had about 5 of those Christmas tree air fresheners hanging all over the place that were choking us when we breathe. Please listen to me and everyone else who left reviews here so you do not have to go through what we did.

Excellent quality service, and very professional drivers. Would definitely recommend them and use for future trips.
