Description
In 1997, brothers Jerome and Eric opened Provence Grill in Brickell Village. For the next thirteen years Provence Grill operated as an authentic French Bistro and quickly became the reference in flavorful fresh food, good service and friendly atmosphere. The neighborhood favorite Bistro opened its door in 2010 in Miami Beach.
Tips
You don't have to be a Sun King to afford a bottle of wine here, especially if you order the 1998 Domaine de la Rossignol Sancerre, which for $34 delivers a mouth-filling array of crisp citrus flavors that nicely complement fish and shellfish.
In the land of stratospheric restaurant prices, it's hard to beat a basic three-course dinner for $16.95 (between 5:30 and 7:30pm) and its somewhat fancier counterpart for a still-reasonable $29.95.
