Not professional or a finished product:
TERRIBLE. Never would recommend this company to anyone.
The beginning started great, provided a design plan and everything sounded like it would be on time and look good.
The first day we arrived home to realize they broke our sprinkler systems, which I assumed was an accident of course. But I did not realize I would have to spend time arguing our case that it was not my own fault that the 1 year old sprinklers broke right after they dug in our yard near the control panel and garage. I was told I'd pay for the irrigation guy to come out and investigate since their team denied the accusation. Not to mention several things we decided on within the plan were not executed, actually they made the decision to follow their own design for a specific area. In my opinion, they are to provide suggestions, not make decisions- specially without contacting the homeowner or client.
They finally agreed to fix the sprinklers upon further investigation free of charge, but had to dig up several of the plants and bushes. My husband watched as a younger worker sat and “yanked” on a bush that was not coming out easily and he had to be told to go easy on our plants. Now we have one dead plant, 2 days after planting. Also a warranty was not available because it was "too outside" to guarantee anything. They also never moved our sprinkler heads as agreed upon our first look, which also had to be dug up and moved, including the mulch and black tarping. After looking at the finished product, we and our neighbors decided that I could have done this work myself, there was no extra mulch applied after the digging so we have black tarp sticking out everywhere, and it looks very unfinished. Additionally, no top soil was added like we were told, and the existing dirt was not raked evenly or even moved a little – we have uneven areas and our tree was not mounded up any all so it’s slanted on a hill area. We have done extra work to make our landscaping look finished, despite paying for a company to provide this service.
I thought after reading reviews, and looking at the website that says this company was centered around integrity- this was not what we expected.
