Puccio Remodeling

Please be aware of Puccio Remodeling, formerly PR Remodeling LLC. We entered a contract with Phil Puccio and his partner, Rafael Peralta in March of 2011 to remodel our kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom and hallway. Be forewarned not to make any payments until each contracted work item is completed. DO NOT AGREE TO MAKE PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE BEFORE WORK ITEMS ARE COMPLETED. Our job started in March 2011 and after a very large sum of money on their payment plan was paid, PR Remodeling (Phil Puccio and Rafael Peralta) walked away from job with 40% of work not completed. We had to pay merchants for items ordered, i.e. kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, vanities, floor tiles, bathroom tiles, etc and hire other contractors to complete the unfinished work remaining on the PR Remodeling LLC contract.
