True Salvadorian pupuserias are few and far between in the Midwest, but there's one in Mercado Central by the name of El Rincon. El Rincon serves these thick corn tortillas stuffed with basically any delicious thing you can imagine. This small front also serves other traditional foods from El Salvador.
