Really helpful company.not worried of competitors!:
I asked everyone at our Senior complex who has had an encounter with Pure Medical. They all said they can help you what you need. If they don't have them, they will help you find a company who will.
So, I tried to find a particular company who carries
my particular need, a standing lift, that no other DME carries in Las Vegas. They purchased one in my behalf, and was available 4 days later. Of course, my insurance would not cover it. But I paid them the same day they delivered it. They really care.

The only company that responded to our frantic search on a saturday evening for a hospital bed.
Very Christian hearted people. They came through
9:50pm. We left a message at 6:15pm. The owner,
a Christian lady, found a driver who could do it on a saturday evening. Just Wow!!! and Thanks.

I'm the co-owner of this company and the below reviews are not warranted. It is by an individual who was disgruntled after I posted a negative review of a product that was provided to us - purchased via amazon. None of those reviews are customers nor individuals that we have provided our products or services. Google and our legal team is currently in the process of figuring these defamatory comments of our company that are falsified and without merit.

Worst Medical Supply Company I've ever done business with in 25 years of practice!!!!:
I should have done my research before doing business with them. I had two critically urgent orders. They said that it wasn'ta problem. The orders were supposed to be in within two days- a week later I am still waiting and my patients are suffering. Even worse, they will not let me cancel the order even though I was forced into purchasing from elsewhere. The woman on the phone had a terrible attitude, was very unprofessional, and a complete nuissance to my proffesional requests and duties. I, as well, will never do business with Pure Medical Equipment ever again. They are absolutely the worst medical supply company I have ever dealt with.
