I had a broken tooth and they gave me a temp crown. When I came back the new crown didn't fit so they said they would make a new one and call me. They never called me and it's been 3 1/2 weeks but they did bill my insurance for the new crown.
Also, I had to pay $70 extra for a cleaning because they put some coating on that the insurance didn't cover. Of course they didn't ask me if I wanted it.
I'm going to look for another dentist when I get my crown done.

The staff at this office are rude and not helpful. I saw Dr. Gutzman. I had to wait over 40 minutes but I understand being a physician myself so that didn't bother me. The assistant took x-rays then Dr. Gutzman came in and spent 6 minutes with me. He didn't ask me anything about my past dental history, my current hygiene or health concerns. He said I had a cracked tooth and needed a cap or crown and I should also schedule a cleaning with the hygenists. The staff said my cleaning would not be covered by my insurance and I would have to pay $235. My insurance said I get two cleanings a year but the dentists ordered a special debridement cleaning. I asked Dr. Gutzman to schedule a regular cleaning and he refused saying I needed the other one and he can't help it if insurance won't cover it. Being a physician i called several dentists I know socially and in my office building. They all said a regular cleaning would be fine and that some dentists are ordering the debridement one as a way to make more money. $235 cash is alot more than what insurance reimburses for a regular cleaning. What a bunch scammmers. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC
