Quality Contracting

I contracted with Marc De Cesare from Quality Contracting for my home service needs. Marc is a complete sham. We agreed on a price to install kitchen cabinet knobs. He had tough time to perfrom the simple task of marking the right spot and installing the knobs. Almost all of them installed in wrong places and unlike a professional, he had to make several attempts (and several holes in the cabinets in the process) to install each knob. On day one, he tookseveral hours from 10 am in the morning till 3:30 pm to install just 5 knobs. He said he will comeback another day to complete the work. I agreed. He came back another day andwent through the same process of messing up the work and leaving ugly holes in my costly wood cabinets. Realizing his mistakes, he got tensed and started arguing that he agreed for a higher price and he cannot complete the work with the initially agreed price and left my home hurriedly packing up his stuff. I realized the amount of mess he did to my cabinets after he left.
