Quality Whittier Jet Rooter Plumbing had a guy here in 20 min, and called me several times to check how things were going. It is now under control, thank heavens. Very professional, fast and courteous service.

Everytime they arrived, they were on time-explained the repair-provided an estimate prior to beginning work and completed the repair without issue. Quality Whittier Jet Rooter Plumbing was extremely thorough in his investigation of the ceiling leak I had. Although he was not able to identify a `plumbing` problem, he went above and beyond to identify other potential sources for me to investigate in the hopes of finding a solution.

Your plumber was dressed appropriately, courteous, and extremely thorough. He made sure that I understood every part of the procedure before he started to work on it and gave me an estimate up front. He had excellent knowledge of the problem. By the way, the drain that was giving me problems hasn`t needed to be looked at since. Thanks for a job well done. Keep up the good work.
