Very disappointed! I took my Eclipse in for a repair on the passenger side lock. I had to take it in 3 times to get it fixed, each time they claimed that they fixed it. Each time I drove from Boulder to Littleton to drop it off and each time I went to pick it up it was still broken even though they claimed to have triple checked that the repair was taken care of. They were hardly apologetic about the inconvenience this caused me--having no car, having friends drive me over 30 miles to get the car and drop it off a total of 6 times (3 trips drop off and pick up), and having wasted a considerable amount of time. Try another Mitsubishi dealer instead but not Skyline, they're just as bad.
