They were very easy to work with and answered all my questions in timely manner -- definitely know what they are doing. Love my new apartment and haven't had any issues in 8 months. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Quality Plus seems like a straight forward company until you leave one of their homes from renting it and don't get all of your deposit back even though the reason that you didn't receive it back is because they didn't repaint the house and somehow it is your fault even though you were promised that it would be taken care of 2 years prior to your move out date. To make things better, when you try to contact the owner and operator you can't get a response to any email and no one to call you back...what kind of company does this AND robs someone who MORE than took care of the property and even calls them risking your own safety to get cops over to the house they are building because two teenagers broke into it, this is ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE. If you would like to get ripped off in the most discreet way, rent from these people.
