Big rip-off!!! They appraised jewelery for 15% lower then the gold buying place two blocks down the street and 35% below the melting value that's not top dollars that's a rip-off! The craftsmanship they promise for repairing jewelery is far off any standards the result looks more like done by a plumber who is charging a cartier suisse price. I can not recommend this shop to my friends!
