Quick-n-Clean

I started using Quick N Clean in April of this year - 2013. They could not have been any nicer. Dealing with them with scheduling cleanings was so easy and they were very prompt in returning emails or calls. My condo at Gulf Shores Plantation was booked for most of the summer and I was unable to come down to stay until September. I did ask Quick N Clean if they could have it ready for me for a 1:00 PM check in instead of having to wait until the usual 3:00PM and they were great to say yes. When I arrived, my condo was filthy. Many issues and I was really broken-hearted. So much dust everywhere and trash under the beds and in the laundry area floor, Grease on the stove not wiped down and mirrors and glass doors not cleaned. Floors were very sandy. We arrived on Sunday and I email Angela (my contact at Quick N Clean and I did not expect I would hear from her on Sunday, although this type business should be an anytime business ... when there is a problem they should respond. Finally got an email (NO PHONE CALL AT ALL) saying she was busy and would respond on Tuesday morning. Did not hear from her until after dinner on Tuesday evening. She told me she does not clean the laundry area which she had never told me before. It is part of my condo and it was a huge mess. Said she apologized or the other oversights . I tried calling her several times and finally had to email her to tell her I needed a cleaning person that would clean my entire unit. Told her I was making a change and thanked her for her help this summer. Had, again, to email her and let her know that I needed to get the linens back from her that I had provided (they required the I use my own which was no problem). This was on Wednesday. told her in an email that I was going into Gulf Shores for several hours and would be glad to meet her anywhere that was convenient for her. Thursday I spent almost 4 hours in Gulf Shores and she never called me. I tried to call when I arrived back at the Plantation and there was no answer at the office #. Tomorrow is Friday and I have been trying since Sunday to get this issue finalized. On Saturday I will be leaving for home in Atlanta and have another renter coming in. Angela suggested that she could take my linens to my new cleaning company. They provided linens and have no need for the linens she would be taking. She also suggested that she could just put them in my condo next time she had a cleaning at the Plantation. I do not want all those linens in my unit while I have renters. Not only that, I will be changing my lock box code since I am changing services.

Just a word of warning .... Quick N Clean may start out nice and helpful, but as soon as your let them know there is a problem, all I can say is Good Luck.
