This is Capitol Hill's outdoor rest stop, a winking saloon/ski cabin with plastic trees and a giant paint-by-numbers mountain range. The crowd? With three floors of entertainment, including a video bar on the ground floor, pool tables and video games on the second floor, and a dance floor up on the top level, you hardly need to go anywhere else for a night on the town.
