RR Irrigation was one of New Jerseys first irrigation companies. Founded in 1971, the company was instrumental in establishing certification for the design and installation of lawn sprinklers in New Jersey.
Was happy with work and price:
Hired R&R to install a brand new lawn sprinkler at my home. We have about 4 acres, plus some gardens. They were on time, on budget and responsive. They left the lawn very neat which was a big plus for us since we had a party that weekend. Would recommend.
Poor customer service follow up:
We contacted RR to start up our irrigation system and they were unable to come for 4 weeks, but they came on time. The following several days we noticed that there was water puddling all over the driveway. We contacted the company and they returned the following day and discovered that the initial technician had left a valve open. When we received our bill there was an extra hour of service (bill was $430.34 !). We attempted to contact the company 3 times, but phone calls were never returned.....I paid the bill minus the extra hour that was incorrect.....I am still waiting for a return call!
Poor job, poor customer service, little care:
We had a sprinkler system put in. The job was never finished - poor workmanship, little care for the exterior of our house.
When the company was contacted with a complaint they acted like we were the 'complainers' which we are not. More problems have become of this system and we are choosing to pay another company to solve the problem instead of dealing with attitudes of a non-caring business.
Their defense: they've been in business for 40 years. Too bad the person who ran the company 40 years ago is not holding the reigns any longer because these gentlemen are just collecting paychecks.
Highly not recommended, there are plenty of vendors for this service, choose one of them.
