owner treated me horribly!:
Owner of the store treated me with total disrespect. We went there to have our vehicle tint replaced that they installed less than 6 months ago because it was "defective" (on two separate windows). While there we were going to have a subwoofer enclosure installed and wires ran to the battery. After 3 hours we went to check on the car to be told by the owner he "passed on the install" because he couldn't find a hole in the firewall. Ok, we were upset because of no phone call, but whatever. We went out to check the tint and they did replace it and it looked good. Then we went to the trunk to check that all the uninstalled equipment was still there...Only to find that he had gouged our brand new sub. box. Owner came out and claimed it wasn't him. When I got upset...he said he was "done" and walked in the door and left us outside!!!! I cannot believe the OWNER of a business would act this way. I received no resolution, and I will not go back to this business again.
