Radio cab has the worst cab service I’ve ever seen. On more than one occasion they have taken 1-2 hours to get to my place after estimating a 15 to 30 minute arrival time. They have been terribly Rude to me on the phone and have even hung up on me when I complained about how late they were. I’ve even expressed how important it was to get to an appointment on time, but they just don’t care. One driver told me that they send the cabs to the casino around 5 pm and it makes it so they are short handed everywhere else. The cab driver was actually complaining to me about how bad his bosses are about getting people where they are supposed to go and giving them false times that they would pick them up. So if they say they can be there in 30 minutes, don’t count on them. This is a consistent problem they have. Radio cab is rude to their customers and not reliable. I will never use them again and I feel sorry for anyone who does.
