Worse experience I've had in 20+ years in Pcola. Took car in for alignment and was told by the owner I needed a new inner tie rod because "it was very lose" and rubber boot. I had never noticed any lose steering what so ever before, just slight pulling to right, so I asked for the old part back when I was leaving which seemed to annoy the owner. The old part seemed tight to me. Charged $75 for tie rod that local parts store sold for $30. Said it took 1.2 hours to unscrew 2 bolts and replace easily accessible 5" long part. At home I checked their work and was shocked to see the new boot was severely twisted. Took back next day to have corrected and was greeted by rude owner who asked "what did you do look under the car". Told me I would have to leave car again because they were busy. I informed owner again that I was leaving town the next day and had errands I had to get done so he pulled car into empty spot and mechanic had it corrected in 10 minutes. Imagine my frustration when I got onto the interstate the next day to take my planned trip only to realize that they had never aligned my front end and car was still pulling to the right just as before I took it in. I did not go back and will never go back. He got me for over $250.00. Owner also told me that I would soon need a ball joint replaced and that If I brought it back within the next month he would not charge for another alignment and it would only cost me another $350. I will never go back to this dump. I never got the alignment I paid for. Not honest competent people. STAY AWAY!
