After the reviews I read about this place, I felt I'd give it a shot anyway. I'm new to the area and needed a place to get an alignment. I set an appointment with the receptionist the day before as I was told they were too busy to see me same day - fair enough. I get there to find out that they don't have me set for an appointment nor do they have any of my info, although i had given all my personal info the day before.

Long story short, I get there 15 minutes before the appointment, find out they don't have me scheduled, but told they can see me right away. After waiting there for 30 minutes, Daniel the owner, asks me my problem, drives my car and tells me things about my vehicle that simply aren't true such as my car is an AWD when they don't make my vehicle in an AWD. They finally take my car to the back and tell me it's going to be a while before they can see me. Having spent 45 min there, I was frustrated and tired of the run around and felt this was a place I didn't want to deal with. You should consider another solution if you're in the market for repairs, or service FYI.

I went in for a brake change and came out with a transmission problem. oh my god i just hate midas now . that service (owner-Danniel) will rip u off. just do not trust him and he charge me really high flat hourly rate. but i cannot believe he created another problem with my transmission shifting horribly,. i highly recommend going somewhere else instead of midas on mason road.
