This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. The doctor walked in and just started asking us questions, she never once introduced herself. She never allowed us time to ask questions. She just walked out of the room. The nurse then took us to the ultrasound room and did the ultrasound( I was only 5 weeks at the time). The doctor never came in to look at the ultrasound or explain to us what was going on or what we were looking at. After that appointment we did not feel comfortable with this doctor and wanted to see a new doctor. The new doctors office wanted us to wait a month and then go back to the old doctor for an ultrasound that would show the baby's heartbeat. We kept our previously made appointment with the old doctor for our ultrasound. I explained the whole situation to the girl at the front desk AND the office manager. A few weeks later the office manager called to inform us that we would owe $300 at the next appointment because the insurance would not cover doing 2 ultrasounds so close together. When I questioned WHY the doctor would order an ultrasound at 5 weeks she could not give me a good answer. We showed up to our appointment for our ultrasound ($300 in hand) and we were told that our appointment had been canceled!!! I would NOT recommend this doctor or her staff to anyone. They are rude, unprofessional, and greedy. If you want someone you can trust and count on throughout your pregnancy, I suggest you stay far far away from this place!!!
