We wanted to use Rapid One because they are local and seemed competent. Absolutely the WORST mortgage experience we've ever had. We finally just canceled the transaction because the service was SO AWFUL! And everyone we dealt with OVERPROMISED and NEVER delivered. They offer FREE appraisal??? We paid for (2) APPRAISALS!!!
