They sent 2 very young guys to my home to replace a cement slop sink which they were taking away, faucets, valves for my washing machine and hook up the drain. The workers were told they were only replacing the sink but we had a written quote and scope of work from one of their guys who was at my house 2 weeks prior to unclog the same sink . Naturally they didn’t have all the parts they needed and called their boss to tell him the problem and we reminded him that they were taking the sink away but the boss wanted to charge us extra for what we were already quoted and when we complained he told his guys to leave and tell us to have a nice day which we took condescendingly. I don’t normally write reviews but this is the third place I wrote a similar review about this company because they were so unprofessional and nasty. I think he was mad because I had his quote in writing and he wasn’t expecting that. I wouldn’t recommend this company for any plumbing job, pay a little more to an honest company.

Very poor customer service. Came to my house to check a potential clogged sink, suggested no work be done and charged me a $75 service fee. I understand a minimal service fee, but $75 is ridiculous. Michelle from their office told me it was to send someone out to my house and for gas in the truck. Guy was here for five minutes and my house is three minutes away! The worst part is I am (was) a repeat customer. Will never use this company again and you shouldn't either. Highly unethical.

No guarantee for Sewer clean. We just paid them on Wed. But on Sunday, the sewer have problem again, and they want us to paid them again for $175 (Plus taxes around $190 something). They also recommended us to do sewer camera, but before we did it, we have to paid the $175 again, because they can't do camera with water, and I can understand that. However, they don't guarantee to solve problem, even we choose to do the camera!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! I would never never choose this company again!

Basement kitchen kept backing up, called Rapid and they fixed it quickly. Fixed a leak in my dishwasher as well while they were there. Very satisfied. Price was much cheaper than the bigger names out there I called previously.
