Get multiple estimates!!!!!!!!:
They are WAAAAAAY over priced. They quoted me 3500$ (option 1) and >4000$ (option 2) for an electrical upgrade. I have since hired someone else who is doing it for 1500$. Same exact work, same quality, liscensed contractor, got the permits and inspection...everything.
When I called on the phone to setup an in-home estimate they said there was no charge. After listening to the in-home estimate and presentation I told them I am waiting for 2 other estimates. The gentleman thanked me, left, and went to his truck only to knock on my door 5 minutes later stating i forgot to collect the 29.99 in home estimate fee . I told him that i was told on the phone there is no fee so he returned to his truck. He did not leave until after 10 minutes or so which was wierd to me.
In the meantime, I call them up to confim and the lady told me there was a fee and not to worry I won't be charged this time (like i did domething wrong). So a litte agrevated, my wife emailed them as a new prespective client and asked if they charge for an in-home estimate and they told her NO.
We have the email saved...because of the lies and how rediculously overpriced they are, I will never do business with them EVER!!!!
