I was suspicious and nervous about using the attorney the realator recommended, so I searched on line for one myself. Peter Weinman's feedback was overwhelmingly positive, but his fee was a few hundred dollars more than the one my realator wanted me to use and some others I called. But, in the end, my calls were always answered, I always got to speak to him directly by telephone and email, and there were no problems at the closing. I could tell he had done all his work ahead of time and it was obvious the buyer's attorney had not. I highly recommend Peter Weinman.
