Stay away!:
I would give Reason Floors (HighFashionFloors.com) a zero score if I could. First, they didn't even charge my card for 3 weeks, hence no progress. I had to call and ask why I hadn't been charged. The answer was an "I don't know." Then my flooring arrived damaged. I refused the damaged and kept the good. It's now over two months after they claimed my replacement flooring would ship and I cannot get any responses to voicemail, email, chat, or carrier pigeon regarding the status of the order. During business hours, their phone goes to an automated message with the only option being to leave a message, which they are not returning.
