I entrusted this woman to defend me and my business against an IRS tax audit. BIG MISTAKE. After taking $11,000 before she would start, I found myself in a WORSE SITUATION. The Protests she filed with the IRS were FILLED IN INCORRECTLY AND RETURNED BY THE IRS. To make matters even worse, JOYCE REBHUN did not re-file in the ten day period allowed by the IRS, so my chance of appeal disappeared. She had no understanding of what my case involved, and would chatter about her health concerns and personal matters while we were attempting to work with IRS Counsel to resolve my case. It took JOYCE REBHUN TWO WEEKS to respond to EMAILS, and then, I would receive a "response" that had nothing to do with what I had asked her. After it became clear that she was incapable of understanding a simple email, no less responding to them in a timely manner, and how incompetent she was in handling my case, I asked her to remove herself from my case and refund my money. She stated that she would pro-rate the amount due, and send it, but it turns out SHE RIPPED ME OFF FOR THE WHOLE AMOUNT!!!!!! Further, it took her weeks to inform the court that she was no longer representing me, so I could not receive correspondence from the COURT or from IRS Counsel because she was still listed as the attorney of record. I have NEVER HAD MY DOCUMENTATION, NAMELY THE RETURNED PROTEST DOCUMENTS, RETURNED TO ME. AND, TO MAKE MATTERS UNBELIEVABLY WORSE, BESIDES THAT I AM FORCED TO DEFEND MYSELF IN THIS IRS AUDIT IN FEDERAL TAX COURT BECAUSE JOYCE REBHUN HAS TAKEN MY MONEY, READ ON: A NEW TWIST IN THIS NIGHTMARE HAS TAKEN PLACE!!!

I just received a letter from an attorney stating that Joyce Rebhun is suing ME IF I don't take down my negative reviews. Yes, you read right, JOYCE REBHUN IS THREATENING A MILLION DOLLAR LAWSUIT AGAINST ME FOR WRITING A TRUTHFUL REVIEW!!!!!

AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT AND UNTRUSTWORTHY INDIVIDUAL AT ALL COSTS!!!!! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. I am a doctor with a business and a family, and all I wanted was a professional to take over and deal with the audit, earn the money I paid, and protect me and my business. Instead, I am defrauded of $11,000, facing the audit as a Pro Se (self represented taxpayer), and now dealing with threatening letters of million dollar lawsuits because I voiced my opinion.
