Recept Pharmacy

Since 2007, Recept Pharmacy has been providing Drug Stores from Colleyville.

I faxed a copy of a compund Rx on Tuesday 3/17/09 and was advised had to order one ingredient but it would be ready for pick-up that Friday morning. Finally at 2:30 pm Friday I called the pharmacy and they still had not filled my Rx and said they still didn't have the missing ingredient. I ask why I hadn't been informed on the status and they felt it wasn't necessary to call since they should have it ready by 5:00 pm. I have never been so frustrated with a pharmacy and staff the way I am with these people!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. By the way...I still don't have my Rx.
