This establishment nearly ruined a magical moment and probably the most special moment in a girls life in her teens. The classless owner has no clue how to talk to people and loves the word schizophrenic...haha wonder why? After a 6 week nightmare and there for the grace of God we were able to get our money back. We went to Coc Chateau and they were able to get us a dress within 3 days from the designer. We were treated like royaly and imagine this? The dress was the right one...right color...had no pulls..no missing beads and was not a Beat up used filthy dress. Seriously? How do run a business with no concern for your customers, no ides how to answer a phone or check voice mail and with children running your business when you show up only when you feel like it and they are more interested in their cell phones than customers? Betting they will be out of business if hey survive this prom season....the complaints are multiple!!!
