Warning!!!!!:
BEWARE!!! We had french drains put in last year by Red Dirt Landscaping. Numerous problems - one downspout drain was only PRETEND. A hole was made in our patio with NO connection to a drain. Now we've discovered that our connections are done with duct tape - which is disolving after one year. The concrete work is falling apart, leaving holes in to our patio. Some drains go up an then down - how will that drain? Worst part is that the owner, Erik Love, is totally unresponsive to our requests for help. I will gladly show photos and documentation of these problems to anyone who requests it. Erik, please call so we can resolve these problems. Remember the lifetime warranty you mention on kudzo.com?

buyer beware~!:
I had a french drain put in by this company for 1000.00 about a year ago. It has NEVER worked. It was like pulling teeth to get him to come and work on it within the so called warranty period. He only would text me or email refused to have a face to face meeting. TODAY, I had a different company come to look at it. They dug up the drain to view the problem and found he did NOT place it 6" below the foundation nor did he place enough gravel in it. In addition, he PLACED a piece of flashing up against the house (did NOT use tar to secure it. He didn't even put a moisture barrier up like any professional would that knows how to install a french drain. Even if he had installed it correctly, he didn't place the drain to the street deep enough where it would have worked. Now, i am going to be out more money to hopefully fix the issue. In addition, he messed up my sprinkler system and kept "patching" it. Finally had to have a sprinkley company fix it. Very sad. I am a big believer in supporting small businesses. He gave me a good song and dance however, at the end I have nothing and he has my money. Save yourself the grief and headache, call a true professional.
