Woooooooo:
Internet order. Was sent pictures of the bike that were probably old. They sent me the bike, it arrived weeks late. It had many more miles on it than listed. In addition to this, paint was missing and the gas tank was rusted out. I will back up here, I originally ordered the bike, got everything in text, and they accepted my payment. Then after I paid, they sent me this paperwork insisting I sign it or they would not send the bike. I find out later this is their "AS IS" agreement. They went from advertising a "near mint" bike, alleging like it had been stored since the 90s. Basically it was a complete and utter false representation of the bike. They wanted to put off a used refurbished bike as a "near mint" or "new old stock" bike. What a joke, these guys think it was all about the money too. To this day, they mock me, these people. I think they got raped on their deal on that bike so they sent out to "pay it forward". Then when I called them out on it, they were all a bunch of pricks. I even brought out the email with the description and the "near mint" status and glowing review from the owner. The owner of the business that is, Redline Performance, and of course he would never speak to me and only his lackey would. They have a lot of negative emotion to throw around once they screw you over, hard life over there I guess, so again, you were warned by Adamson, just remember that, you're not going to see their names all over streets throughout the world.

Please read!:
!!!PLEASE READ!!!
I will start by saying DO NOT take your motorcycle to these unprofessional thieving idiots. If the review is more than three stars then believe that it is fake fake fake. Let me tell you my experience with these people. Took my 2007 1098 tricolore in for "2000 mile tuneup", new tires and for them to take a look at my clutch because it was slipping. Picked the bike up after 6 months of that fat so called master mechanic that sat on his butt not doing anything to my bike. After almost a year past I am now overseas with my motorcycle and feel obligated to let any and everyone know about this place. PLEASE READ ON
1. as of today " 8 months later" I almost had a wreck because of my clutch totally slipped as I was turning left. Car almost T-boned me. I barely got my motorcycle home. Today I took apart my clutch to take a look at it and right away I new something was wrong because the friction plate was completely stripped. I dont know much about clutches but it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that it was installed incorrectly. The frictions plates where all out of place. They are suppose to alternate and they wherent. I don't even know how the clutch was working. How can a certified ducati master mechanic mess this up??? I'll be calling them tom. to get to the bottom of it and will do everything I can to get that guy fired...also calling better business bureau.
2. I had a scotts oil filter "after market oil filter over $125" that I had put on my bike previous oil change. When I went in for the tuneup they changed my oil and oil filter. Initially they didnt tell me that the tuneup included an oil change so didn't know to ask for my aftermarket oil filter back. The mechanic knew this as well. He is a thief. After looking at the paperwork I noticed they changed my oil so immediately I went to check my oil filter and of course it was a cheap one. I went back to redline and got it back. I asked the mechanic why he didnt reuse the filter and he claimed it didnt have some king of valve to be reused. I went home to research and low and behold he was wrong.
3. I have had 3 yamaha R-1 and had them all tuned and tons of work done to them and none took over a couple weeks to maintenance at yamaha. My 1098 tuneup took over 6 months to tuneup. WTF is wrong with these people. I had to constantly fight with them on the phone to get it done. If you have anything more than a simple oil change plan on not seeing your bike for at least a couple months or longer. im not exaggerating either!
4. The "tuneup" was horrible. It dies every now and then when im just idling. I hauled my motorcycle back to ducati for a third time for the tune issue and they still didn't fix it. My bike had to be shipped overseas so I just gave up on them with the tune issue.
5. You ask for one thing up front and you never get exactly as you ask for. for example. I asked them to get me certain parts for my clutch and of course they did whatever they wanted. I'm not sure how they keep getting away with this? the only thing they did rite was install my front and rear tire......
This place has some serious issues and im now determined to see someone pay for this. Safety is truly important when where out there on the road and if we can't rely on the source of maintenance where getting on our motorcycles then there is a huge issue. I feel obligated to let all my fellow riders out there to know how horrible this place is. I know it sucks because there isn't to many places to maintenance your duc but when it comes to your safety on the road or driving a little further to get better service I would strongly recommend the extra drive. Hope this helps!!!

Redline writes FAKE positive reviews! STAY AWAY!!:
FAKE, FAKE positive review!! PRETENDS to be me... I AM the REAL THOMAS Lillis

Yes-- I am in the military
Yes--- I have a 1996 Ducati 900SS
Yes---I took it to Redline to get it fixed (bike didn't get fixed-- charged me for "work" that was never done to the bike)

NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS, owner is incompetent and dishonest -- as you can see, someone, at Redline stole my identity and divulge personal information about me to write the fake review.

I had a HORRIBLE experience at Redline and I even took Redline to York County, VA small claims court. You can check this fact at the York County, Virginia website--- Redline has been sued many times for the PAST TEN YEARS by unsatisfied customers and other businesses because of their shady ways.

STAY AWAY FROM Redline. BELIEVE the BAD REVIEWS online. Even the locals KNOW not to take their Ducatis there. They would rather drive 4 hrs up to Northern VA to another Ducati dealership than deal with them locally.

In short DO yourself a favor; save time, money and headache by going to a reputable motorcycle shop that will look out for their customers. I hope this helps someone from making the same MISTAKE I did.
