I came into the Refuge of Hope Abortion Options & Pregnancy Resource Center in Corpus Christi searching for assistance for an abortion. I was scared, lonely and desperate, the volunteer that day spent over an hour with me, and she never pressured me or judged me when I told her I had no choice but to have an abortion. When I left we were both in tears, but she told me no matter what my decision, Refuge of Hope Abortion Options & Pregnancy Resource Center was there to help. Nine months later I revisited Refuge of Hope Refuge of Hope Abortion Options & Pregnancy Resource Center with my son. I had no idea that the volunteer that day also was pregnant our babies are about 4 weeks apart.
