Dr. Ronald Manfredi, MD is a board certified radiologist in Staten Island, New York. He is currently licensed to practice medicine in New York. He is affiliated with Richmond University Medical Center.

I went to Regional Radiology to have my back x-rayed as a result of an on-the job injury. Since I had already filed a Worker's Compensation claim, My insurance company, not me, was responsible for paying the bill. When my insurance company only paid about $75 of a $175 bill, Regional Radiology proceeded to bill me directly for the difference. I filed a complaint with the Worker's Compensation Board and was told that Regional Radiology is not allowed to direct bill Worker's Compensation claimants. Nonetheless, Regional Radiology continued to bill me for the balance and eventually sent my account to a collection agency.
