DO NOT do business with this man Lorenzo Banks aka Lorenzo Garcia He scammed my parents and will not honor his appliance "repair" nor answer his phone as per other reviewers' experience. He happily shows up (w his "son") takes payment, provides a bogus 1-year warranty and is off. His "business card" was given to my parents by a person at the Home Depot in San Marcos, TX. He apparently is all over based on other posts so BEWARE! Make sure you check out the person, their business, their license. Just because a person is lurking at Home Depot or Lowe's does not give them credentials. This has been going on for as early as 2010 and he's still at it. My parents did not check google ... They simply trusted a man and his word, unfortunately. Yes, we informed Home Depot (at this point they are not claiming responsibility and the managers are not communicating w/ one another but that's another issue), stopped check and filed a police report and will be filing a BBB complaint as well. If you google him, there was a news investigation but I have not been able to find any conclusion to their report. I will be updating this review as more information becomes available. It's unfortunate he & his accomplices feel the need to take advantage of innocent (elder, hard working) people.
