RE/MAX Prime Properties, a full-service real estate office, was founded in 1991 by the late George Groves. Today it thrives under the leadership of Principal Broker Margie Lelia, who has been in the real estate business for more than 25 years and is a Scarsdale representative to the National Association of Professional Women. Each Office Independently Owned and Operated. RE/MAX began as a dream and a plan on a pad of paper, a controversial idea to build a real estate powerhouse where experienced, productive agents would keep more of their commissions and enjoy the freedom to run their business as they saw fit. Combining this model with robust marketing and other agent services RE/MAX absolutely changed the real estate landscape forever.
