They are very unprofessional. We rented an acer laptop from them, and we were paying weekly. They start calling 2 days before it is due to give a "friendly reminder" (as they say), but if you dont answer your phone, they will call off the hook, and even call blocked, and use other peoples personal phones. I called back one of the numbers one day, and it was one of their customers numbers lol. They also will park down the street or around the corner and walk to your house so you dont see them comming, and will even look through your windows. One day, our payment was due, and we hadnt made it yet and maintnance at our apartments had walked in to fix something, and he walked in right behind the maintnence man, and asked if we were ready to pay. Anyways, I had went to jail for a few days, and got a couple days behind, and they parked down the street, and seen my wife standing outside, he actually ran up to her and asked for payment. So I go out to pay, and he tells me that I have to pay for the next week too, but i still had 4 days til that one was due. He said, either I pay for 2 weeks or he takes the laptop. So I happily gave him back the laptop, and told him he just lost a good customer. I had enough, but I refuse to take their altimatums.
