Terrible Expiernece:
The facility is very nice. The rooms are very nice. However, the complete lack of class by the staff and their customer service overshadows every good aspect of this facility. The employees are undertrained and because of this I was put into terrible financial hardship. I was staying over a month for training on a corporate account. I was asked for a card for "incidentals" which is common practice. However, a computer generated hold was put on my account based on my 33 day stay. Why is this bad? Because hundreds of dollars were held out of my account for days. A small sign that is 4 inches wide and 6 inches tall is all that will warn you of this situation, and the employees aren't even savvy enough to point this out or explain the process beforehand.

After contacting customer serivce, I had an employee chuckle and tell me it was my fault for not reading the sign. I had no money to use and was in the negative and no one cared. I talked to the general manager who literally tells me, "Well, since you have the hold on your account anyway just call in room service and charge it to your room." What a joke. Before I realized hundreds of dollars were held out of my account, I bought a $3.50 cup of coffee at work. This caused overdraft fees to be assessed. All I wanted was my money to be reimbursed but this was a foreign concept to management. Customer service = more important than a beautiful facility. Treat your customers right, they will treat you right. This needs to be taught to the general manager.
