Residential Integrated Systems

Lets start by saying you could end up with a lien on your house if a contractor doesn't pay his sub contractors. How's that for starters. The billing is so bizzare I never reaaly understand what is owed and what was paid and what the Misc expenses are. Majority of the work costs way more then estimated, with all of his experience this is either gross incompetence or predatory bait and switch hard to know. Project ends up costing more then Definitive Audio and I'm sure is lower quality. ARGH! Anyone else had this experience? Chime in...
