Probably one of the best experiences I've had going to a medical professional.
The staff here are personable and overall awesome! Dr. Rubin and Dr. Sanchez are both patient, accommodating, and meticulous.
Of all the times I have been there, I barely have had to wait over 5 minutes past my designated appointment time. (very rare for most medical offices, in my opinion)
If you want top-notch service and a great smile, definitely check this place out.

Great office amazing Doctor:
I first visited Dr. Feldbein a few weeks ago for an exam and cleaning, and just went back for a Sinsational teeth whitening. I'm so glad I decided to do it before the holidays! My teeth are super bright. I didn't feel any pain, just as Dr. Feldbein promised during my consultation at the previous visit. The staff is so caring and made the teeth whitening process very easy. They matched my teeth color to one on the scale before starting the whitening process. After that, they brought the scale of colors back and you can see the difference right away - I went about 2 shades whiter just like they predicted!Overall, I am very happy with the results and the fact that I could go back to eating after an hour. They recommended staying away from any staining foods for awhile, basically anything that would stain a white shirt.
I will definitely come back for this quick, easy and painless process! It has livened up my smile and confidence, and I now feel photogenic and less afraid to step in front of a camera. Thanks!

This dentist offers botox through groupon. A dentist!!! Definitely does not know how to administer botox. If that doesn’t deter you from going there then keep reading…
I have never in my almost 40 years of living experienced office with such unprofessional, rude and incompetent receptionist.
I have scheduled a follow up visit for a botox since I have not seen any results from initial visit. For my first follow up visit after waiting in front of a closed door for half an hour I left a voice mail and left. My message was returned 3 hours later with a nasty explanation that they are never open on Thursdays and that is was my fault. Crazy- I wrote down the date and time while on the phone with her. I was told to reschedule. I came in for my rescheduled visit and again waited in front of the closed door. I called the office and the receptionist picked up the phone telling me that they are in the office in Manhattan today and it is not her problem that I went to the wrong office. My initial and follow up visit was in Brooklyn. When I rescheduled receptionist never told me to go to the Manhattan office. I told her to have the doctor call me and ended the conversation. However, I was so upset that I called her back few minutes later to tell her how unprofessional she is and my disbelief of how she treats and speaks to the patients. She told me she had no time for me and hung up the phone. I called again few days later to ask why the doctor is not returning messages I left for her and that I wanted my money back. She told me that I could reschedule the visit. I did not want to but saw I had no other options. After I rescheduled the visit the receptionist called me back 10 minutes later to tell me that I have to pay for another visit since I used a groupon. Wow!!! Did I mention that during the initial visit Dr. Irina Feldbein said she guarantees I will see results…. Don’t waste your time and money.
