My first appointment was through a home warranty company. My AC was fixed as promptly as the warranty company would allow. After that experience, I am dumping the warranty company and calling this company directly. They really helped me get it fixed the right way.

Major run around and delays....:
Heating/AC was covered by home warranty; the warranty company sent out this company to do the work. They showed up in a timely manner on the first visit. Was told would have a new system in approximately 5-7 days. Long story short I was without heat for 11 days and left with emergency heat for another week after that in the coldest January in years. The office never called me to advise me of status; I called them over a dozen times to check on things and always got the runaround. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
