Richard's Diesel Injection

Our truck broke down and we had it towed to Richard's. It took him a week just to take it apart and another 4 weeks to put it back together. He didn't return phone calls, when he did he was rude and would not give a straight answer. I wanted to pull the truck out of the shop but my husband was concerned that since the truck was all apart another mechanic would have difficulties putting it back together or part would be missing or lost in the move. We found out from another mechanic that replacing the high pressure oil pump should have only taken 4 days to fix. The customer service we received was so poor. A simple phone call with a little update goes a long way. He's unprofessional. He may have been the best at one point in time but he's not anymore.
