Great place:
A story to tell , I took my laptop to a place in Watauga(on watauga rd) Friday Feb 4th , dropped it off and they gave said they would fix the Blue Screen of Death ,So I left it there and called Saturday and some dumb girl answers the phone has no clue whats going on so I told my friend to call . same thing , I thought OMG . So then later I get a call from a guy he tells me ok , your PC will need this and it will cost this much .135+ tax ok fine . and it will be ready Monday .
Well I get a call Monday morn from a man that says is this **** I said yes sir , he said you can come pick up your PC now , I thought GREAT , then he said I'M NOT GOING TO FIX IT ! I freaked OUT. I didn't give them a 5 star rating on their website and he was mad so he would NOT fix my PC ....OMG I have never been treated like that before ,.so on the way to get my still broken laptop I goggle on my phone PC repair Richland Hills and I find RICHLAND COMPUTERS .I call then and I was honest and I told them what happened etc .He said bring it in and we will fix it for you .Well after I picked up my still not fixed laptop I head to Richland Computers and they were very nice and I explained what happened and I was just beside myself that a owner of a PC co would act like that over a review on his page and it wasn't even bad ...the guys at RICHLAND COMPUTERS had my laptop fixed in a matter of hrs and for less money too ,I am so so happy ,They were very nice and they knew what they were doing and they didn't treat me like c@!p and I want to let everyone know ,.
I used to take my old Packard bell to this place yrs ago and I forgot it was still there .
Well I will NEVER take any of my computers any where else but Richland Computers from now on that's for sure .
And for you folks that live in Watauga BEWARE , of the new place , only been in business a few yrs ...
.I also told all my PC and face book friends too and I have friends in Watauga - I used to live there ,.
I want to Thank Richland Computers for making my day and fixing my laptop :)

Great Place:
Since the new staff was hired this has been the best place for anything about computers!!!! Buying one or getting one serviced. I don't go anywhere else. Always speak with Dustin. He is my go to guy when I need anything.
