Very bad customer service.
I spoke with the owner in a very polite and respectful manner. I told her I was not satisfied with the quality of the house for which I paid $550 dollars for. On their website the following is advertised “We use only top quality materials! We do not though provide any warranties on the house itself simply because we are building you a REAL home and not supplying you with the concrete slab that a real home is placed on”. I found that the wood was chipped and repainted over, grooves on all four sides of house where AC air will escape, and shingles were not glued and some were stapled and one staple had already popped off.
I told her I understood they don’t take returns so I wanted at least some kind of credit because I was not satisfied with the quality of the house; I told her I could even send her some pictures of the house so she could see what I was trying to explain to her. She refused to give any kind of credit and refused to see the pictures. She became very defensive, she told me I was just trying to find little things to complain about, she said she doesn’t give credit back because otherwise people will take advantage of that and that she doesn’t hand out free money. She said to just look at the house in a different way and she bluntly told me that the house would last longer than my dog. What she said about my dog’s life was the worst part for me of this experience.
