My English Bulldog was burned during an ACL surgery:
I had been taking my bulldog to this clinic since he was little, and so far, all was well. Very accommodating with the appointment requests, overall happy with the procedures performed.
Back in December of 2017, my english bulldog had an ACL surgery. He came back home and I noticed some hard swollen patches on his skin, and they got me worried since they appeared after the surgery and they started bleeding.
I made an appointment and drove back there to make sure he was ok and the vet said it was allergies, and that he was not really worried about that. The vet prescribed antibiotics and allergy medications and I took him back home.
The "allergies" started bleeding more and instead of healing, looking really bad. I took my bulldog to another vet to get a second opinion about his "allergies" and it turns out those were not allergies, but severe 3rd degree heating pad burns, that will completely destroy his skin, kill his hair follicles and leave highly sensitive keloid scars for life.
What upsets me the most is the negligence taking responsibility for what it truly was when I went there to check. Not only the negligence was dealt with as if it was a seasonal allergy case, but also, I ended up paying for even more meds to treat the open wounds. I also had to see another vet to get the truth, spend more money to remedy a situation that could have been avoided, and my dog is still hurting and suffering.
Very disappointed with the outcome and all the suffering they put my dog and myself emotionally through, it is a shame. I really respected this clinic before this happened. Please take responsibility for these negligences, be honest with your clients and treat and diagnose each case accordingly. Some small breed dogs may even die from infections caused by these burns!!!

Trustworthy and Caring:
My dog Mango was treated here for a life-threatening autoimmune disorder that required intensive care (blood transfusions) and over-night stays at the hospital. I was very impressed with the amount of support I received from not only the veterinarian, but the whole staff here. I knew that I was in good hands during a difficult time. They literally saved my dog's life with prompt treatment, medication (on-going) and follow-ups. I can't ask for more, my best friend is as healthy and happy as ever!

Great help:
I brought my dog in to get checked out after he was just sleeping and crying in his sleep he didn't want to play or wake up so he was worrying me. I brought him in told them what was going on and the nice girl at the front desk was very helpful she got me in fast since she saw how bad my dog looked. They checked him out told me what was wrong and gave me some medicine. My over all is a 5 star, they were really helpful and they were very informative and told me how to prevent this on happening in the future. Thanks.
