I went there two years in a row to have them change oil. Second time I noticed that the oil filter was the same. In other words they could not get the oil filter off and broker the bracket it was on. So instead of telling me they changed the oil or at least I think they did with an old filter. So for 6000 miles I had the same filter. Until I realized what had happened. They washed the car fine but I did have this issue. Why not just tell me they broke the bracket and could not get filter off?
